At North West Ecigs we only sell the highest quality e-liquids. All e-liquids are UK made unless otherwise stated. Shortfill e-liquids come as zero nicotine or if you require we can supply a 10ml nicotine shot to make approximately 60ml of 3mg e-liquid.
